Jeff Jones is the Chief Executive Officer with responsibility for the safety, operational and financial performance all U.S. regions, branches and business lines including refractory, corrosion and scaffolding & insulation services.
Mr. Jones reports to the board of directors and is responsible for the leadership and development of the Senior Leadership Team, including the SVP’s of the U.S. and Canadian service organizations, the Chief Financial Officer and the Director of Safety.
Mr. Jones is an executive leader with both domestic and international experience in the industrial and oil & gas markets. Prior to joining Thorpe, Mr. Jones progressively led domestic and global organizations in executive level positions including: JLG; Siemens/Dresser-Rand; and Ingersoll-Rand.

John Hunt is the President for Thorpe Plant Services. Mr. Hunt provides leadership, direction, framework, tools, and partners with the business line leaders, to ensure the translation of the business line strategies into actionable plans.
John reports directly to Thorpe’s CEO and actively participates in board of directors’ meetings. He provides leadership, direction, framework and tools with regard to safety, operational and financial performance of Thorpe Plant Services.
Mr. Hunt has progressively held operational executive level P&L leadership roles during his tenure with Thorpe. Prior to joining Thorpe, Mr. Hunt has held management and executive level positions with: Jacobs, Team Industrial Services and Plant Performance Services (P2S).

Brandon Peré is the Chief Financial Officer with responsibility for the financial strategy, reporting, accounting, and treasury functions supporting all U.S. and Canadian regions, branches, and business lines including refractory, corrosion and scaffolding & insulation services.
Mr. Peré reports to the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for the leadership and development of the finance and accounting organization, including oversight of financial planning and analysis, controllership, and internal controls.
Mr. Peré is a finance executive with nearly two decades of experience across the energy services and industrial sectors. Prior to joining Thorpe, Mr. Peré progressively led finance organizations in senior-level positions including SPL; Atchafalaya Measurement, Inc.; Spartan Energy Services; and Dynamic Industries, where he served as CFO of both the International and U.S. Fabrication strategic business units.

Blake Fletcher is the Vice President of Sales Operations & Marketing at Thorpe, where he leads the company’s commercial strategy, sales development, marketing efforts, and the integration of systems and processes that support scalable, sustainable growth across all U.S. and International service lines. He also oversees branding and communication efforts across Thorpe’s legacy business and acquisitions.
Mr. Fletcher reports directly to Thorpe’s CEO, Jeff Jones, and plays a key role in aligning sales, operations, and back-office functions to improve responsiveness, execution, and go-to-market efficiency.
He brings over a decade of cross-industry experience spanning industrial services, logistics, and technology. Prior to joining Thorpe, he held executive and senior leadership roles at PGL (Perimeter Global Logistics), where he led global sales and commercial transformation initiatives. Working within several high-growth, private-equity-backed organizations, leading national and enterprise sales teams through periods of rapid scale and organizational change. Earlier in his career, he was part of the go-to-market team at Zoom Video Communications during its IPO phase, contributing to one of the most successful tech launches in recent history.

Jason Bodnarek is the Senior Vice President for the Company business unit in Canada known as Clayburn Services with responsibility for the safety, operational and financial performance of all Western Canada regions, branches and business lines.
Mr. Bodnarek reports directly to Thorpe’s CEO and actively participates in board of directors’ meetings as the leader of the Clayburn business and is based in Edmonton, Alberta. He directly manages the Clayburn Operations Director, Clayburn’s safety manager and a team of regional sales professionals.
Mr. Bodnarek has progressively led organizations with the legacy Clayburn company, beginning as an Estimator/Contracts Coordinator, and advancing through various progressively responsible positions in both Sales and Operations until attaining his present position and the primary Company P&L leader and representative in Canada. Rachel Folmar is the Vice President of Human Resources at Thorpe, where she leads the company’s people strategy, including talent acquisition, leadership development, organizational design, total rewards, and culture initiatives across all U.S. and International service lines. She plays a critical role in shaping Thorpe’s workforce strategy to support scalable, sustainable growth and ensure that people, performance, and culture remain central to the company’s success.
Reporting directly to Thorpe’s CEO, Jeff Jones, Rachel partners closely with the executive leadership team to align talent, safety, and operational priorities. Her focus includes building strong leadership pipelines, enhancing employee engagement, and integrating HR systems and practices that strengthen organizational capability during periods of growth and change.
She brings more than 15 years of experience in human resources and business leadership, with expertise spanning industrial services, manufacturing, and energy sectors. Prior to joining Thorpe, she held senior HR leadership roles at U.S. Silica, where she led enterprise-wide initiatives in talent management, compensation, organizational development, and culture transformation. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for her ability to develop leaders, foster high-performing teams, and drive organizational resilience.

Jim Soukup is the Vice President of Safety and Quality Excellence with responsibility for elevating safety culture and operational standards across Thorpe Specialty Services’ U.S. and Canadian regions, branches, and business lines including refractory, corrosion and scaffolding & insulation services.
Mr. Soukup is responsible for the leadership and development of the safety and quality organization, including oversight of safety performance, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives across the company’s field operations.
Mr. Soukup is an operations executive with nearly four decades of experience in industrial services, project delivery, and large-scale field execution. Prior to joining Thorpe, Mr. Soukup progressively led operations in senior-level positions including: Brown & Root Industrial Services, where he served as Director of Operations; Worley, where he served as Vice President of Operations overseeing large-scale field execution and operational performance; and Jacobs Field Services, where he spent more than eight years in leadership roles including Director of Operations and Construction & Turnaround Services Director, managing complex projects and turnaround execution. He began his career with a 23+ year tenure at Jacobs Field Services of North America, building deep expertise in field services, project delivery, and industrial operations.
