Clayburn carries an extensive and effective history installing various acid, brick and tile systems, with and without underlying corrosion membranes. Typical materials include Type I and Type II fireclay brick, red shale acid brick, carbon brick and tiles. These materials are used in conjunction with their appropriate chemical-resistant mortars, normally over a corrosion-resistant membrane. Each of these systems is utilized in many different industries, including Power, Chemical Processing, Pulp and Paper, Metals and Mining and Petroleum.
